When you contact us or use our services, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, and the details you provide in any form or message. When you use our client portal, we collect the information required to provide your accountancy services including tax references, financial information and identity documents.
We use your information to provide the services you've requested, respond to your enquiries, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including AML requirements), and occasionally to send you relevant updates about your tax obligations. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We share your information with HMRC and other authorities as required by law, with our software providers under data processing agreements, and with no one else without your consent.
We keep tax records for 7 years as required by HMRC. AML records are kept for 5 years. Other records are kept for 6 years. You can request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.
